Verified We needed a wall demolished in an area of our property that was challenging and had a few companies come out and provide estimates. We went with Cali Shine Construction and are very happy with the results. Unlike other companies that treat customers like another number, Kaiky (owner) was very responsive, punctual and involved during the entire process. He addressed any concerns and provided suggestions on how to proceed with the project. We ran into a small snag during the day that required a second day, but Kaiky assured me everything would be completed as promised and he delivered. The end result was great. He and his crew were careful not to damage any existing structures, thoroughly removed all the debris, and left the work area AND surrounding areas clean and tidy. His solid 5 star rating is deserved and I would definitely hire Cali Shine Construction again for future projects.Posted onVerified HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! My husband reached out to Cali Shine Construction on Monday morning about concrete removal job and a shed demo that was left undone from an other company. He explained everything that we needed and Kaiky quickly responded and was over in less than a hour to go over an estimate and how he would perform the service. Very professional, detailed and friendly. AMAZING Work from him and his team. He gave me a peace of mind and I finally have my back yard back after a stressful three weeks. Price was very reasonable as well. He provided the best quote and service with the earliest availability compared to any one else and I wish we contacted him sooner for other work. I will definitely be calling them again in the future for our construction needs. Thank you thank you thank you so much Kaiky!!Posted onVerified Cali Shine Construction did an excellent job on our tile floor removal. They worked quickly, hauled away all the debris, and kept me informed every step of the way. I really appreciated how they pointed out a few issues with our subfloor and explained how to address them. Their professionalism and clear communication made the whole process smooth and stress free. Overall, I'm very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them.Posted onVerified Kaiky and his team did an excellent Job demolishing and removing 4 large brick pilasters and digging down 2 ft into solid concrete so that metal posts could be placed for a new pergola. They were very professional, arrived on time and worked hard non stop. Excellent clean up after completing the job. Would highly recommend this company.Posted onVerified I would highly recommend this contractor for your next project! Their response to provide an estimate was expeditious and their quote became quite competitive. However, the fact that they showed up on time (even early), and completed the project as scheduled was a breath of fresh air in today's typical construction environment. This project was multiple days, and each day the site was left clean and safe which was very impressive given the scope of work!Posted onVerified The crew was on time each morning, efficient, clean and professional. Would hire again.Posted onVerified Kaiky did a great job deconstructing a wall and garage door. He left the area very clean and explained future steps for construction. He is a good communicator, professional, on time and quoted a fair price.Posted onVerified I hired Kaiky to demo a brick fireplace. He was quick to respond, communicated clearly, did a great job, and cleaned up thoroughly after. He did a fantastic job not to damage the the fireplace insert. Then his crew cut out the old drywall from behind the brick and patched in new. He did a fantastic job! I am very happy with the value, service, responsiveness. I would recommend him for any demo / drywall jobs you have.Posted onVerified I've worked with lots of contractors over the years working on remodels and adus. Kaiky was a consummate professional, he and his team did excellent work and he was consistently in alignment with his word from every step of the process. I was genuinely impressed. He and his team helped do a demo gut on our back patio on what happened to be one of the hottest days this summer. What stood out to me was the kind of leader Kaiky was with his team , he was there the whole time working , ensuring quality , bringing in lunch , and waters and keeping the morale and work fun . Again I was impressed very happy with the work, clean up and fair price. Kaiky is now one of the people in my phone I will do business with again and or refer others.Posted onVerified Kaiky and his workers did a great job.. above and beyond demolishing our cement built in barbecue. They cemented it as well after, cleaned up, and left the place nice and neat. The price was very reasonable. Amazing ! We will hire them back for any house work and remodeling in the future. Thank you all and kudos to Kaiky (owner of Cali Shine Construction) for their very hard work and job well done.
